Can anyone talk me through the process of setting up a browser extension for Intel True Key, or indeed confirm that it actually works with Firefox.

I'm all out of ideas - Firefox isn't recognized as a choice in the browser extension option in the Apps settings in True Key. Firefox is my default browser setting in Windows 10x64 I've allowed Intel to remotely inspect my system to check settings etc but all seems correct True Key seems to be working fine as it successfully syncs across my devices. When I use True Key it opens password protected sites in IE, which I had uninstalled from my system. Work that one out ...

Any advice/ info/ instructions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

You need to find support from the developers of extensions. We here don't support 'extensions' directly, but sometimes came answer simple questions if one of us is familiar with / use the extension in question.

Intel has a community support fora over here: https://communities.intel.com/community/tech But I don't see the Intel True Key browser extension listed there.

I did find a "feedback" page here - https://feedback.truekey.com/truekey - via mention of it a couple of years ago in a McAfee support thread. Intel bought McAfee somewhat recently. So I guess TrueKey was re-branded from McAfee to Intel.
