Hello, It used to work perfectly now Norton is blocking because at the bottom left of the page protect query.com pops up, don't know how to stop it, hope you can help, regards, Claudine

Wie kann ich Werbeblocker deaktivieren? Unter Einstellungen und Erweiterungen finde ich keine Option " Werbung" oder Option "Auf Websites blockiert" oder "Adblock Plus". Wo sind diese "vesteckt"?

I have the last Firefox version and am trying to add extensions (e.g. video download helper). When I click on Add to Firefox, it works at loading the extension, but without any success. The blue dot in the gray square dances and dances and dances.... Thanks !!

I have tried installing extensions on https://addons.mozilla.org. Everything else online works fine, but https://addons.mozilla.org gives me "Download failed. Please check your connection. " after 10 minutes of loading icon. Browsing works fine. I have tried with and without a VPN. It used to work. Other devices, and firefox on dualbooted linux work fine.

I pay Aura to monitor all my activity and accounts and save my passwords. The extension is there, but there is no longer a shortcut. There was previous to your last update. I can find nowhere in manage extensions to change this. If I cannot have this extension shortcut, then I will no longer be able to have Firefox as my home screen. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me out with this issue.

My bitwarden extension stopped working recently. I turned off and on the Firefox extension for Bitwarden, but nothing is working. Bitwarden is working on my other Mac, so I'm not sure what to try next. Thanks for any help.

Some websites I subscribe to such as one on history, have pop up videos pertinent to the subject, but when I ask them, they say they know nothing about it. How can I block ALL pop up videos from everywhere?

Hello everybody, I'm facing an issue with an icon appearing on some sites and propagating down to the print out of the pages. Let me give an example: I'm interested in an article published on: https://www.electronicdesign.com/technologies/analog/article/55246421/modeling-on-mondays-nonlinear-spice-models-of-vacuum-tube-triodes-part-3?o_eid=9960G5790701E5D&oly_enc_id=9960G5790701E5D&rdx.ident[pull]=omeda|9960G5790701E5D&utm_campaign=CPS241216087&utm_medium=email&utm_source=ED+Power+%26+Analog When I open this page, an icon appears in the low left corner. And when I try to print the page, the icon appears on each page. If I use the simplified print mode, a kind of background of the icon (white box) is still visible on each page and can hide the text behind. On top of that the images no longer appear in the print out...

Any help to sanitize that is welcome.
