There is a problem with my Drafts folder. It says that there are 3 messages, and shows the icon for 2 new messages in the folder, but when I try to open the folder, it says No Messages Found. What is going on here? (Please see the uploaded image.)

I have manually installed multiple older versions of Firefox for Desktop (Windows 10), as I am translating KB articles and sometimes need any of the twenty latest versions to get screenshots in my language for the translated articles.

When an older version becomes superfluous, I would like to uninstall it from my computer, but that does not work. Even though I see all the older Firefox versions listed in Windows Applications & Features and each of them has an Uninstall button (and a helper.exe file in the uninstall folder in the installation folder each of the versions), the only "action" I see is that I get a warning that the Firefox Helper application is about to make change to the content of my hard drive, and will I allow that? The pop-up asking if I want to refresh Firefox instead of uninstalling, it does NOT appear.

The only time I get a proper response, i.e the Refresh-instead-of-uninstall? pop-up, is when I initiate uninstall of the latest current version of Firefox, in my case Fx132.0.2.

Have anyone else come across this problem?

I get the whirly thing while it says "looking up ...". This problem appeared suddenly without any recent updating and now persists 100% of the time over the last week or so. I cannot access the menu or anything. I tried reinstalling TB with no change. There are no other apps with any network/internet problems. I'm thinking I have to open terminal and do something like clear cache/cookies, etc. but can't figure out what specifically to do to accomplish this. Any other ideas?

Is it possible to click individual segments of an URL in the address bar to navigate there directly (without manually selecting and deleting the tail)? It's a convenient way to reach upper layers of a website.

For example Vivaldi implements it via Ctrl+<Mouseover/click> (see attached screen capture)

Is there an option or addon to enable this? Thanks in advance

I responded that I was having a problem editing & sending an e-mail when I got a message from Thunderbird saying that Thunderbird had crashed. I responded that the e-mail message that I was working on was "Fwd: Memories". It wasn't... I was working on "Fwd: Do You Remember". I don't know if that makes any difference; but I lost all of the changes that I had made so far to that e-mail.

Suddenly when using Google on my tablet the search results have become too small to read I see no way of adjusting this apart. from zooming with my fingers. I have played with accessiblity settings and reinstalled without success. Other sites seem OK and Chrome works well too. I see from the various support forums that this has happened regularly in the past but no one comes up with a good answer. I don't want to dump Firefox.

I am currently unable to connect to my 'comcast.net' email. It was working fine until 12:20 on Nov 29. Thunderbird had just installed the latest updates (128.5.0esr (32bit))and it seemed to be OK. At about 1430 I was at xfinity store and made changes to my cable TV package. I informed the agent about my email problem, but he wasn't able to provide any help. When I returned home, I was still (and currently) unable to connect to the email server. When I 'click' get mail the 'system' tries to connect (the little blue line in the lower right corner is active and I soon get a message 'unable to connect'). I have been into SETTINGS and ACCOUNT SETTINGS numerous times and have made some changes with no success. I am wondering if it is a password issue (how to fix?) or a change somewhere else that I haven't found. I note thunderbird has 'recently' added encrypted requirements, Is there something there I should know about? I do not use a proxy server and have set for NO PROXY on internet connections. All of my other 'normal' internet sites seem to work OK. What am I missing? appreciate any ideas. John

When I open Firefox on the desktop computer it automatically opens all of the tabs in bookmarks instead of just a singe page. How can I get it to stop opening all of the bookmarks automatically?

I installed the app, and configured the account for pop3 settings. Mails are coming, but when sent, it is not reaching destination. The settings are correct, as same setting works in aqua mail on same mobile (installed for testing purpose).

First started yesterday afternoon, after working just fine in the morning, it would not save to SENT folder. Now this morning it will also not save to DRAFTS (in tools>account settings>copies & folders>place a copy in) both of those are checked properly. PLUS, I have two email accounts in Thunderbird, and it now keeps popping up that it cannot sign into one of those accounts.

It is up-to-date, I have cleared the start-up cache. Don't know what to do next to solve these issues.

I am attempting to delete/edit saved addresses on my Firefox iOS app, because it's somehow piled up a bunch of addresses that I've used over the years that aren't mine or are outdated work addresses, and I cannot find a way to edit them.

Every time I go to Settings > Addresses, it gives me the checkbox to turn it on/off, and lists a dozen or two addresses. No matter what I tap/click/swipe, nothing happens and I cannot delete or edit any of the saved addresses.

Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

i restarted firefox, and on it's new tab when re-opening it offered the "review checker", so i clicked the "try on amazon" I don't get the icon in my search bar. is it an add-on/extension that i can just search for in the google store even though it's in beta?

Bonjour, je voudrais importer les contacts de mon compte Gmail dans ma messagerie Thunderbird, le fichier des contacts Gmail est au format .csv Comment faire pour que ce fichier soit totalement exploitable pour créer le carnet d'adresses au niveau de Thunderbird ? Faut-il convertir le fichier contacts.csv de Gmail pour retrouver un carnet d'adresses valide de la même façon qu'il est exploité au niveau de mon compte Gmail  ? Lorsque je quitte le plein écran sur firefox la partie réduite se met systématiquement en haut à gauche au lieu de retrouver la place que je lui avait donné auparavant. Comment revenir à un état entérieur où ça fonctionnait parfaitement ?
