I keep getting alert messages that my in box is full, but it is not and I can't download any e-mails. All settings are correct as far as comcast is concerned.
I've spent over an hour with comcast and all setting are correct as far as comcast is concerned. I stopped receiving e-mails about noon on 3/13. E-mails do come through on my iphone. I've re-started the computer, also turned it off and started. Nothing has helped. I only; have about 24 e-mails in my in box, so it's not even close to being full.
