Firefox crashes
Every time I try to watch a video, I receive an error message saying I need to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. I have installed it repeatedly and the videos still wont play. On my latest attempt to watch a video after uninstalling and reinstalling it, I received an error message that Adobe crashed. I don't know what else to do to resolve the issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Plugin Check site.
Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.
To do so, please click each yellow or red button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.
