My Firefox version is 13.0.1. I'm using Windows 7. Adobe Flash Player version is 11.3.300.265. A few minutes after opened the Firefox, suddenly it crashed and a blue screen showed up, it says there are unexpected error occured and forced my computer to be stopped. I need to restart the computer to see either it still show the blue screen or it just fine. After restarted, I use the Firefox once again, but this time, after about 30 minutes, it crashed again. The same blue screen showed up. As I expected, the new Adobe Flash Update crashes with the Firefox 13.0.1. Really need a solution here. Thank you.

Hi,

Blue screens usually indicate Windows system level problems involving device drivers like graphics card drivers, hardware errors (RAM, hard drive) etc. Malware may also cause this. Searching for the displayed error code would usually provide helpful pointers. The Windows forum would also be helpful.
