Downloading Barclaycard statements
I am trying hard to keep with Firefox and trying to avoid being sucked into Google Chrome. However am finding increasing problems with Firefox. I am am sure I have the latest Firefox download but not able to download my Barclaycard statements. I can see my recent transactions so have access to the Barclaycard website but cant download my statements which I can do on Google Chrome and was able to do on Firefox up until this month!
The only odd thing is in the past I have had to authorise via the app which it tells me to use but doesn't ask me to actually do it and goes straight into my account.
Barclaycard say the problem is with Firefox and they are not in anyway restricting access via Firefox.
Thoughts? Ian

Show the issue and block any personal info. You say you cannot download the statement. Why? Are you getting error messages or is something being blocked when you try? Cannot help with what we cannot see.
Thanks. No error message just sits there. I don't think any pictures help much, I took a screen print but that wont paste in here so I pasted into a word document but can download as an image and don't know how to save a printscreen as an image.
No prob getting into account, if I click on the highlighted links to get to the download or see the tranactions nothing happens. Sorry I can't give more.

There has to be something happening somewhere on screen. Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
Try to hover over the download link, right click on it. You should see similar options. see screenshots
