How do I contact firefox? There is no option for transferring favorites from aol.

Here is a bookmark file converter that you can use to convert from AOL's PFC format into the Netscape / Mozilla HTML format that Firefox can then import.

Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Import Bookmarks from HTML file
