Synce and save option in the menu is not available. There is no way to sync data from phone to laptop/ desk top . When will this be repaired?

I moved the SD card from the old to the new one, dear stupid Android 13 then 14 say: oh I'm sorry you have to format your SD card, lol
during the configuration of the new smartphone, I asked to restore data from the backup of the old smartphone: - some parameters has been restored - applications were reinstalled - for example osmand restart with all configurations made on my previous smartphone
but, when I run Firefox, even after login on firefox sync, I have ......... nothing: - no passwords - no bookmarks - no preferences
why?
