I am encountering an issue with the Ultimate Addon Image Gallery when viewed in the Mozilla browser. On the user's first visit to the page, the image gallery fails to load promptly, often taking a long time to display. After a bit I use Thunderbird, my sent emails are not copied, out of nowhere. I need to kill thunderbird

and then it is fine for a few hours, until it happens again. This since weeks. The error I get is:

our message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors. You can retry or save the message locally to Local Folders/Sent-XXXX@XXXXXX.edu.

How can I solve it?

For some reason, I am getting message that the Certificate for server is not valid (etc.). I can not get or send my emails as of this morning. Is there something I can do to resolve this issue?

Since your last update, sending message by Thunderbird is problematic. When checking, the menu flashes quickly, out of all control. Impossible to cancel, send, correct. You can absolutely do nothing. After a while (2-3 minutes of this flashing and it's long...) The message is sent. Before updating, this problem did not exist. Please do the necessary to remedy this bug. Thank you for your help. I would like to take a screenshot of my expanded emails on protonmail.com - but it is not working when when I click "full page" option. Is this possible? I don't want to take screenshots manually by scrolling down the window...

Hi, I just switched from windows 10 to Windows 11. On windows 10 once you position the picture in picture once it appears in that position every time time you start up a new picture in picture. In Windows 11 the picture in picture doggedly appears in the same position necessitating moving it to your preferred position every time.

I am running Windows 11 with an RTX4080 super on two 4K screens set to Nvidia surround mode with the latest driver. The picture in picture always positions about 20 pixels into the left (main) screen. I then move it to the 10,10 position on the right screen. I expect the next time I start a picture in picture that it will appear at the 10,10 position on the right screen. Instead it appears in the old position on the left screen, forcing me to move it every time.

The current version of Firefox remembers the size of the picture in picture when I resize it. But is does not remember the x,y position on the picture in picture once it is resized over a certain size.

Is there a setting in about that sets the position of the picture in picture?

Firefox is verified Broken! Whatever Firefox did with its last update is causing major problems. Spent hours with the internet provider and websites trying to figure out why could not access webpages and internet accounts.

Firefox is taking forever to load pages and often just times out or never actually loading the page. When I can get to a page, something is interfering with account access on webpages. Spent 3 hours with AT&T where they monitored trying to access my email account.

Could access with Edge, Chrome and Safari. However, Firefox is dead and will not allow me to access websites as pages do not load or interferes with account access.

Mozilla support needs to fix this issue ASAP or I will be forced to leave Firefox for good. I know I am not the only one having this issue! I was willing to put in the effort to verify if Firefox was actually broken or not!

Having updated to latest browser version I am continually getting this page

I have cleared all browser cache and data with no effect.

The list of previously visited sites in firefox windows seems to have shrunk in some recent update of firefox. Now, when I click the address bar I only get 5 options, the first being search with google and the remaining 4 being previously visited sites. Used to be that list was much longer. Is there a way to customize this, or revert it back to where it contains 10+ items?

Today I suddenly started receiving the error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE on a secure authentication page that was working until a few hours earlier, belonging to a major national bank.

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ cannot reach that page, other SSL checking sites report variable results (some say one cert in the chain has expired after a CRL, others say all is OK)

The same page/site works flawlessly on Chrome. Firefox incompatibility with popular portals is a growing trend unfortunately.

After a little digging with developer tools, it comes out the OCSP query reports the REVOKED_CERTIFICATE error. Disabling the "Query OCSP [..]" option in Firefox that website starts working fine again.

Now, I would like to still keep using the OCSP queries ON, and I definitely want to keep using Firefox for everything.

My question is: when a portal or website is found to be broken with Firefox (with default settings), with a root cause found like in this case, how can it be reported?

Having a clear report path would be useful to try to make the browser more compatible (in this case : was this a bug? Some wrong information on OCSP responders? Some mess caused by the website mantainers?)

I want my emails to be listed with the latest up top, and then chronologically. I have selected countless times "unthread emails" but it's not listing mails separately in chronological order. It's especially frustrating as I want Firebird to be a viable alternative.

I want to delete all my bookmarks at once -- I have nearly 1,500. I already asked this question and the response I got showed me how to do this by selecting each one at a time. I want to delete them all, AT ONCE!

Not selecting each one and holding down the CTRL key.

Btw, I already explained this ... so, is there a way. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and not keeping the former settings. But the stupid bookmarks keep coming back!
