I'm trying to log into this page: https://accounts.firefox.com

The sign up or sign in button doesn't work. The first time I click it, it immediately refreshes. I click again and nothing. On the 3rd click, it just spins for 30 seconds then goes back to being blue. This continues every time I attempt to click further.

I can login on this page just fine using Firefox on my android phone. I can also login using the Edge browser. Matter of fact, I had to use Edge so I could post this issue.

This is a completely fresh install of Firefox, on a completely fresh install of Windows.

Hi, Although Tools > Export, allows the for the export of 'everything' it would be incredibly helpfull if it could just have an export option(s) with a / a selection of Account and configuration details, not just 'everything', all emails etc. This would greatly help with setting up new users / machine upgrates and transfers etc, even with backing up account details / configurations etc. PLease consider.

I have four rows of shortcuts on my default browser window. Sometimes the disappear but they always return a few days later. What could cause such occurrence?

Mi cuenta fue bloqueada sin razon, de repent entro a mi navegador y me aparece un mensaje diciendo que "mi cuenta fue bloqueada por razones de seguridad", sin mandarme un mensaje o un correo ni nada ahora no puedo sincronizar mis datos, tengo contraseñas y cosas importantes en esta cuenta y nisiquiera me dan un motivo del por que se ha bloqueado mi cuenta, para colmo no me deja acceder con mi cuenta secundaria por que "necesita entrar desde mi cuenta primaria"

Most pop ups play annoying audio

Some pop up windows, such as educational material from Fidelity.com, show the video, but I can't hear the audio. I can't find anything in the toolbars or settings that would allow me to hear the audio for the particular video. This is a very annoying problem and I don't have this issue with Chrome or Edge. Please let me know what I'm missing? Is there somehing simple, like tap the spacebar to override the "block audio"?

I am trying to reply to an email, I have written the msg but there does not appear to be a 'Send' option. Can you help please? We don't normally have this problem.

Even though the NAS drive is completely accessible under my Ubuntu installation and accessible in the file explorer, T-B constantly loses the settings if anything happens out of the ordinary. If theres any delay in the connection to the archived directory, T-B defaults back to a non network drive. Lately the T-B program simply refuses to use the network drive directory I select in it's own browser window directory window. All my Email from 2015 is there in archived directories, T-B refuses to load the local directory that has been in this location for almost a decade.

I can access this NAS from anywhere on my network including this Ubuntu desktop however T-B refuses to recognize the local directory.

Whats wrong with T-B lately?

I have just updated to Firefox v134 stable release on Android and now when I log into github.com, the webpage is glitching and not being rendered properly. The avatars on github look torn and they are blinking when I scroll up and down. This is occurring with current Firefox stable, beta, and nightly releases on Android.

My device is a Samsung T813 tablet running Android Nougat (Android 7.1).

I should also mention that Firefox v134 on Android is also showing UI glitches when viewing the settings in certain extensions, like FoxyProxy. Although, I have also done a clean install of Firefox v134 with no extensions installed and the webpages like github and still showing the rendering problems mentioned above.

I'm using Thunderbird with a Gmail account (amongst others).

Recently, something has changed, and Thunderbird now re-syncs with my Gmail account every single time I start it. It's a big account and this takes a very, very long time; and is very slow.

I do want it to sync, but only to get new messages and delete old ones.

It's almost as if the mail is not being stored locally, but I have ticked 'Keep all messages in all folders for this account on this computer' for this specific account.

Would appreciate some help, please.

I had to do a hard restart to my PC and now I have lost all of my bookmarks. I have gone to the retorse and backup sections to try that and it is not working. For some reason it is only pulling up really old bookmarks for someone that used this computer before me. Why is this and is there anyway I can get my bookmarks back?

I am searching for an email to a certain person. When I search for messages in my main folder, with the "search subfolders" checked, it searches my inbox, but it does not search my sent box. I tried rebuilding the database, but that did not fix it. What should i try?
