2024 11 27 Dear Sir, Since transferring from Heart Internet to Thunderbird, which was forced upon me, I have had numerous issues. Right now, I cannot enter my password as the password that I have is not accepted. In addition, I am unable to access my emails on my Apple cellphone. I cannot reset my password as I need to be allowed access first and I cannot gain access without my password being accepted. Yours faithfully, Malcolm G.
