I often access the bookmarks I have saved on Firefox from my computer on my iPhone 8. Usually when a user navigates to the bookmarks tab, it shows a few options like "bookmarks from desktop or toolbar" One morning recently I navigated to the bookmarks tab on the iOS Firefox app and I tapped Desktop bookmarks, And the app tried to process what I did but then it crashed, When I went back into the app and navigated to Bookmarks the option to view my desktop / toolbar bookmarks that I had saved on my computer wasn't available anymore. I clicked the little refresh icon to see if that would do anything, and it didn't. I thought there might be some incremental update that I didn't download which might fix this, no updated in App-store. Then I decided to sign out of my Firefox account on my phone and log back in. I did and it still nothing shows. Then I thought to remove the app and reinstall it so I did, and that didn't work. Then I went onto my computer / into Firefox / navigated to Firefox account / to view Sync settings. The bookmarks are ticked to On, so they should be syncing but they are not. They're also on in the Firefox in-app settings. I don't know for certain how many saved bookmarks I have but I would guess probably over 350 spread out in various folders. I can't understand why this isn't working or what I am supposed to do to try and resolve this. Hoping someone can help me here, Thanks.
