Thunderbird profile data outside the profiles folder, Help!

Hello, For some reason my coworkers email data files are outside his normal profile directories as indicated by standard operating procedure for moving profile. So of course when I try to move the profile the online procedure on Mozilla site and even youtube videos do not apply, It's not like outlook, the files are nested in different folders, am I up the creek?

p.s. So the "Mail" folder is inside the users "Documents" folder. -- I already spent hours on this, Ideally there should be a export profile to encapsulate the email, contacts, etc to move the data, but I do not think this type of function exists.

You are going to have to changer things back, or to an acceptable location the documents structure was declared unsafe about 20 versions ago and can not be selected these days.

You will have to manually set the "directory" for the account in the account settings to where you place the email. That somewhere will have to be outside of the "documents" "videos" music structure of folders.
