Using FF 49.0.2.

I click Bookmarks => Show All Bookmarks. The Bookmarks Page opens.

On that page I have the columns Name, Tags, Location, Most Recent Visit, Visit Count and Added.

What I would like to have is that the Added columns is always sorted showing the latest added bookmark at the top and the oldest added bookmark at the bottom of the table.

What does happen is:

a) none of the columns stay in their selected state order, meaning on none of the columns either an arrow up or down is selected, even if I did select to sort the column.

b) a quite old bookmark that I have added years ago is shown.

How can I make the Bookmarks Page remember the sorting order?

Meaning if I for example select the Most Recent Visit column to sort from latest to oldest and I close the Bookmarks Page when I re-open the Bookmarks Page either through the Menu Bar or by hitting Ctrl + Shift + B I would like the Bookmarks Page to still have that sorting order on that specific column.

What I need to do now I click to sort in the wanted order on the column I like and since that old bookmark from years ago seems to be selected by default I then also need to scroll the scrollbar all the way up to reach the area of the bookmarks table that interests me.

The sort order in the Library window is temporary, it lasts only as long as the Library window is open; there's no way to make it a permanent sort.

My suggestion is to delete the older bookmark, or view your bookmarks in one of the three other 'viewing' menus.

Sidebar = Ctrl + B Menu bar dropdown = Alt key, then B Navigation Toolbar dropdown = Clipboard button, to the right of the Star button
