Up until v.22.0 I always backed up & restored my saved passwords to an xml file called password-export-2013-05-15.xml; however with v.22.0 there is no option

Firefox's "Tools/Options/" always had the option to backup and restore my saved passwords from an xml file, however I can no longer find this option and every question on this site about saved passwords refers to a "db" file instead of the "xml". What about the "export-passwords-date-.xml" files? How can I restore the same saved passwords I've been restoring for years. Any feedback or guidance is greatly appreciated.

This topic is rather hard to find in the support forum. I already exported the passwords from my old computer (presumably I had the exporter addon installed there), but I was baffled in finding a way to import the passwords.
