Firefox is blocking access to our provider's update, suggested options do not work, provider is Optus.
There is an update for our Optus browser which comes on screen when we try to connect to the Internet. When we try to log into the browser we get a message that the site is insecure. We have tried the options provided, ie use enter after entering the username. The login still does not work and security message shows again. We are trying to install new security software and have uninstalled the old software. We need this problem solved urgently as we are unable to connect to the internet until the update is installed.

is there no way of contacting their customer support ? DO the provide help ?
What I have noticed is that Optus says to check your security settings in the browser.
Can try/read this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-does-your-connection-is-not-secure-mean
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/secure-connection-failed-error-message
Firefox 51+ will mark HTTP connections with a padlock with a strike through and shows "Connection is Not Secure" if you click the Control Center 'i' button at the left end of the location/address bar.
Note that this message is meant as a warning that you could be vulnerable and that it shouldn't prevent (block) you from accessing the website.
You can press the ESC key to close a doorhanger with a warning message in the name and password field.
