Thunderbird conbination inbox on the sidebar has disappeared.
After a crash, the top combination inbox is not displayed on the side bar.

I have just reponded to this question before I found this original question.
Please do not make duplicate questions as it only causes confusion with the conversation and wastes the time of helpers hunting them down and compiling them together.
