what a mess this is
This is so messed up it is no wonder you can not get anything done. Here is my written ask for help: Request for FIREFOX features (God knows if anyone is here!!!) You guys get a well earned F.
1. Modify the URL entry to accept space between words entered, then strip these spaces automatically, since as we all know, spaces are NOT ALLOWED in the URL. This is a long overdue improvement, especially for new and older users, who are trying to enter a “wordy-filled with natural spaces” type of URL. If you can automatically add www. And .com to a raw word input, then you can fix the space convenience issue.
2. At long last, PLEASE make a BOOKMARK MAINTENANCE feature both on Apple and Windows versions. If we ask the user if they have any loyalty to Firefox, they always respond it has my BOOKMARKS that I want to keep!!!
Please make two BMFs
a. If you are in trouble or have to do a full install, then the COPY BOOKMARKS feature does not work. What is needed is a stripper to a file that can be saved to a safe place and later opened and added to the new Bookmarks file.
b. In keeping with this “add to BM file” a maintenance display to provide for opening the old and new BM files in a page display where one can DRAG a BM from the old LEFT SIDE to the NEW RIGHT SIDE and in the process allow for elimination of duplicates, partitioning as in add a separation line to keep business, fun, and family BM from each other.
DO NOT confuse the already existing different users system that exists as it is expected that for incidence, we could decide to eliminate Bob as a user and combine his BM with Tom, such a maintenance program should allow for this as well. And finally, if you could make it possible to strip BM from Safari and WE and any other browser, sort of a synchronizing exercise, if you will.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH. billneill@yahoo.com

Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. (You'll need to be on the latest version of Firefox to submit feedback). Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.
