I do pull up the website, but when I click on (SIGN IN) a message pops up - "The Connection was reset while the page was loading" This has been happening every time I try to signon for 3-4 days now. I have spoken with Kohl's Online help. I can get the site if I use Internet Exployer, which I do not use since I switched to Firefox.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
