I have been emailing photos from the Windows 8.1 photo library for years and the pictures showed up directly in the body of the email. Now - suddenly - they are arriving as separate jpeg attachments which have to be individually clicked on. I went to "View" and the "Msg Body" option is set (as it has always been) as "Orig HTML". I do not have the "bytefence" software on my machine, so that solution did not help me. I just want it to go back to the way it was!

I have never heard of bytefence and have no idea what "solution" you refer to.

My guess is you need to set the display attachments inline on the view menu. not install software.

Thank you! I clicked the Display Attchmts Inline on the menu, closed and restarted Thunderbird, resent the email photos, AND IT WORKED! Thank you again!
