My former sbcglobal.net name and account for Firefox was changed at the AT&T office when I upgraded to an iPhone 6plus. I've tried using this new combination. No luck. I've tried to do a reset. I use the reset window and I'm told a temporary password was sent to my other email address at gmail. But I never received a temporary password, even after a couple of tries. I've downloaded Firefox for Mac twice since but still have not had any luck accessing my Firefox mail account. I cannot access my Firefox email so I have to use my gmail account to read any password reset info. This has been a 3 hour frustration with out any success finding my way through Firefox email ID and Password reset. Please help.

This issue is not related to Firefox. You should contact AT&T and ask them for assistance to reset your email password. This is not something Mozilla can help you with.
