Incoming server already exists .
I see solution there , but , there is for windows . i need something like this but for mac . How to resolve this problemm?

The solution at the link you mention was given because that person had not as yet created any mail accounts, so deleteing the specified folder would not cause an issue, but if you tried it, then it would delete all of your mail accounts, emails, address books, etc. This would be very important if you used pop mail accounts.
Many thanks for including the Troubleshooting Information. As you use 'imap' mail accounts, all emails are stored on server and so you would need to recreate all the mail accounts again and easily connect to see emails.
This is where the folders are on a mac: Mac OS X
Profile folders are located here:
- ~/Library/Thunderbird/Profiles/<Profile name>/
The tilde character (~) refers to the current user's Home folder, so ~/Library is the /Macintosh HD/Users/<username>/Library folder.
So you would be deleteing the 'Thunderbird' folder located in the 'Library'.
But read on first...... I can see from information that you have already created 12 (twelve) mail accounts in addition to the default Local Folders. Missing account numbers tell me you have deleted a few in the past.
I presume you are you trying to add another mail account ? You usually get that error message if you have already created a mail account with same email address = username.
I notice you have many using 'yandex.com', but the last one you added was a 'mail.ru' address.
What you do not mention is whether you are trying to add another yandex.com' or 'mail.ru' or 'gmail.com' or completely different mail account when the error message occurs. Or is this for an email address you have already created a mail account for - even if deleted in the past.
So, before going through the deleting of 'Thunderbird' folder as described above. Check this:
Tools > Account Settings check carefully through each mail account and make sure you have not already created a mail account using same email address = user name.
