everytime I start firefox it ask to verify my addons
everytime I start up firefox It asks me to verify my addons. these are adblock plus, adblock plus pop-up , Ageless, clean links, google privacy, https-everywhere, and a us spelchecker dictionary. plowed trough the community answers and tried about everything: refresh, delete and reinstalled, one addon at the time see if there is a problem there, reset preferences,Prefs.js, User.js and Sessionstore.js,extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache, extensions.rdf fix, firefox properties are correct no admin startup ect. so in short tried about any solution out there. any way to fix this, and would downloading firefox beta help (aurora)?
thanks

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.json, extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created when required.
See "Corrupt extension files":
If you read my entire text you would know I did this already not trying to be cruel just saying :/
Sorry. That is the usual with add-on problems. If this hasn't helped then also delete possible addons.json and addons.sqlite files.
did that too
Other issues: Your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.
- Shockwave Flash 11.9 r900
- Shockwave Flash 19.0 r0
You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.
You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
- (32 bit Windows) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
- (64 bit Windows) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\
You can check for problems with preferences.
Delete possible user.js and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename (or delete) the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in current Firefox releases.
There is software like Advanced SystemCare with its Surfing Protection feature that can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
tried both thought it was fixed by deleting flash trough configuration screen even tried the uninstall file but was short duration got the problem again.
btw thnx both for trying and seen allot of people with same problem isn't there a developer that can answer or make a patch as so many have this since last update?

Do you have any such software I mentioned above that might protect files in the profile folder against changes?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.

Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
hey cor-el profile I already deleted and made new one, even clean installed Firefox from scratch
but in safe mode he doesn't ask me to verify, checked my settings didn't see anything about something that protects against file change, unless its something of win10. everything stayed the same, its really since the last firefox update I got this problem
btw work ICT no need for tutorials if you think of another problem/fix ;)
Are you talking about Firefox safe mode, or the computer?
