Can't move or delete messages from In Box. Fails on copying messages to Sent Box
I don't seem to be able to move or delete messages from any folders. This problem started about two weeks ago but did nothing unusual at the time. Although I get the error messaged after sending e-mails that copying to Sent Folder failed, the are in fact copied there.

What mail provider?
Does restarting the operating system in safe mode with Networking. This loads only the very basics needed to start your computer while enabling an Internet connection. Click on your operating system for instructions on how to start in safe mode: Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, OSX
I use gmail and btinternet
