I have reset my password for my support account (xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx) 3 times and it lets me change it then won't accept new password; cleared cookies cache
I have tried repeatedly to log in to my support account (cynthb / xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx) but the site won't accept any password I give it. I get the password reset email, then successfully change the password, but I then can't log in - it gives me an invalid user ID / password message.

I also have problems logging in. I had to create another account just to access the site since they won't send the password reset, and won't let me change my current account in any way.
