No matter how many times I mark something as "Not Junk" it keeps going to Junk
I have literally marked some of the emails I get in the junk file as not junk dozens of times. They keep going to junk mail. How do I undo this?

Hello there again Cornelr
I have the idea that you have to send the senders of the email on a whitelist so that this will work better. I have put it down with text and explanation for you.
if there are any questions feel free to mail back.
Option 1.
tools->junk mail controls->settings->white lists would let you specify a address book to use as a white list. Any messages you receive from people in that address book would not be marked as junk.

Hello there Cornelis
hello there i see that you have not responded to our writing yet, we were wondering if you have had any pop ups from Firefox about notifications from Stmp server for quite some time?
And whether pop-ups messages about emails that could not have been received.
please respond to this topic again.

No popups, my Thunderbird tools does not have the "Junk Mail Controls" you refer to.

I would say it does have the controls, every version since 1 has had them.
Right click the account in the foldr pane, select settings and the account settings dialog will open. One of the options for the account is always junk settings.
However if you account is with Yahoo, or one of it's contract providers like ATT, BT, Verizon or AOL just wait until Thunderbird updates to V68 in the next week or so, or force the issue by installing from thunderbird.net.
Version 68 has special modifications to force correct handling of the junk/spam filtering Yahoo uses.
Good call. I updated those settings. thanks!
