Duplicate toolbar when opening email ? Email buttons in header part of message, impossible to delete them

Hello,

see the image attached and this second serie of buttons circled in red (toolbar ?) inside the message header. Not sure when they appeared really, maybe with 78.0. Or just a recent misusage from me. But anyway there are new to me, and the point is I can't find myself a way to delete these at all.

Hoping for some help ;)
