How to hide\grey-out "Clear Data" and "Clear History" buttons

Our enterprise is using Firefox Quantum 60.0.1 and we would like to block the "Clear data" and "Clear History" buttons to not allowing clients to flush the history/data from their workstation. Is this possible via the mozilla.CFG file, GPO or event registry.

Note: We are not using enterprise version.

As far as I can tell, no there isn't any group policy to configure that behavior. Group policy support is fairly new, so it's likely that it will be added in the near future.

If you are in an enterprise environment, I would recommend some kind of logging system if you want to keep any eye on what people are accessing through Firefox.
