Firefox updated to 57.0.3 (32 bit ) .. I did not do this, it automatically updated, usually that is the thing to do,right ? NOW I CANNOT ACCESS MY NETFLIX ACCOUNT !!! It keeps wanting me to install Silverlight. I HAVE Silverlight.. Uninstalled it, RE installed it several times. Doesn't see it. CAN'T WATCH ANY VIDEOS. I am going to UNINSTALL FIREFOX if I can't solve this problem !

All caps is considered shouting and rude.

Try to toggle DRM off/on to see if that makes Firefox (re)load DRM components.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

The regular releases of Firefox 52-57 cannot run Silverlight. Instead, Netflix should normally use the built-in HTML5 player in combination with a plugin named Widevine that allows content protected by DRM to play in web browsers. (More on DRM in the article linked above.)

HTML5 Player

Do you get "blue" for the first five boxes on this test page:

If not, could you review this article to see whether you need an additional Microsoft download to play HTML5 videos in Firefox: Fix video and audio problems on Firefox for Windows N editions.
