I have a multi-boot system (all drives are available to all systems), how do I use the same profile in all OS's (Linux, Win7 and WinXP)?

Is there a way to point all of the different instances of firefox to a single profile setup. This way any changes to bookmarks are seen by all.

Thanks

David

See this support article:

You could run into a problem with the prefs.js file with regards to file paths and Windows file naming conventions. The biggest problem is usually with extensions and file paths that they use in prefs.js.

It is better not to do that.
It will cause a compatibility check on each start with a different version and you can run into other problems.
It would be better to use Sync to synchronize data between different profiles and platforms.
