Hello,

I didn't install any new drives, hardware, etc. I was simply browsing the web yesterday and today when I boot up my PC and load Firefox it crashes just after a few seconds of being open. I tried the below as suggested in other threads to no avail. Any suggestions?

1. Scanned with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 2. Uninstalled Firefox, then manually removed files here AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles 3. Tried updating Adobe flash player 4. Tried in safe mode, still crashes after a few seconds 5. Disabled hardware acceleration

Here are my recent crash IDs:

Thanks!

Chosen solution

hi, thanks for providing those crash ids. this seems to be triggered by a nvidia component on your system in firefox 43. please go into your system control panel & look out for installed nvidia software named network access manager or forceware network manager - in case you have it present, please try to remove it and see if you can get firefox to start normally again afterwards.

Sorry to hear about the crashes and thank you for the reports.

These seem to be caused by a conflict with the "Nvidia Network Access Manager" that is interjecting itself into the connection between Firefox and the network. Can you disable or remove this software?
