I was hacked first on Facebook, lost my Page Adestyne there and two other pages and the largest Rihanna public Group in the world…Rihanna Gallery. I received a pop up on Firefox, telling me to add a account i never used on Instagram, patrickbiel8…saying if i didnt activate it I'd lose my account, Adestyne, Patrick Biel.After doing so, i could no longer swich from Adestyne, to Rihannasadestyne, Michiganrihannanavy, or Michiganrihannanavy2. Now i cannot even log into those accounts on Instagram, only Adestyne and patrickbiel8.(Patrick Biel). I submitted over 8 requests to Instagram(Meta) about this problem and repeatedly asked them to Remove the account patrickbiel8 or delete it because the instructions from Meta is Not working. I have been hacked and need help from you asap.

My iPad Pro was several damaged in an accident. Subsequently, I sent it to Apple Store so they could check the device and share a quote for fixing it. Since the quote to fix the device was extremely high, I ended up purchasing a new iPad Pro. I re-downloaded the Firefox app on my new iPad Pro, and logged into my ID. However, all my Bookmarks and Passwords are lost.

What can I do in this situation to retrieve my lost data?

Wow this browser is nearly a joke. I love my windows Firefox but this iOS version is an unsupported catastrophe. 🤷‍♀️if you’re gonna suck so hard it’s laughable. Sigh. I wish I knew code I would help but I don’t.

Good morning there are three or 4 different devices on my cell phone that is linked to my device that is an android rather it be a computer, I pad or cell phone that is using s e SIM card that hacked into my device on line and stolen my identity. Taken money out of my bank account numerous of times. Has hacked my Disney account, peacock account, has created a social media account in my name and in not even on any social media account , not have I ever in my life had a Twitter account. . Hello, I have a MAC computer. For some reason, when FIREFOX made its newest update, I can no longer watch videos on YouTube. The video will start but then give me the death circle, and it will not come out of it unless I click just a slight distance away on the timeline of the video. Then, the video will go for about 20 seconds and do the same thing. I continually have to click on the timeline in front of where it stopped when the video stops, and then it will give me about 20 more seconds of the video before the white arrow circle shows up again. You can wait all day for the circle, but it will not start again unless you click on the timeline again ahead of where it froze.

Hi there My iPhone has over 50 bookmarks and passwords saved on Firefox. I used the iPad to log on Firefox and started sync between the two devices. After 3 mins, the password page of the two devices showed “No passwords found”!

How do I log in to the iPhone when I no longer have the old phone on which I had the authenticator. It is unavailable to me and firefox persistently asks for a 6-digit code. This is frustrating not allowing me to create a new authenticator on a new phone or an alternative login in Firefox'

I tried to install/download uBlock origin through the official Firefox add-on “store” but it just tells me to install Firefox first. I’m using Firefox right now. Firefox is the only browser on my device… I tried to get another add-on but the issue stayed the same. How should i try to solve this?
