Sorry there is no setting for that which is built into Firefox.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tab-utilities/
In Tab Utilities > Options > Links there is a preference for Enable single window mode.

Sorry there is no setting for that which is built into Firefox.

In Tab Utilities > Options > Links there is a preference for Enable single window mode.
