I'm not savvy enough to do the procedures as requested. I don't know how to copy and paste. when it crashes it says "so sorry but firefox has crashed." It happens when I'm in Etrade and try to go to their "streaming quotes" which requires Java. I do this procedure every day as I day trade on the market and this procedure is very important to me. The crash starts immediately upon clicking this procedure. I have re downloaded firefox; checked Java update. Please let me know something and I hope you can tell my predicament and correct this crash as I have presented it.

Can you please try completely uninstalling Java from your computer and then installing the latest version from this website?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
