Bonjour,

Je suis gérant d'une entreprise et je fais face à un problème de taille.

J'ai 2 salariés qui utilisent la même adresse e-mail, sur deux ordinateurs fixes différents.

Lorsqu'un des deux envois un e-mail, l'autre ne voit pas l'e-mail envoyé dans sa boîte d'envoi, ce qui veut dire qu'on ne sait pas si nous avons répondu à tel ou tel e-mail, ce qui devient compliqué au niveau de la communication. On peut répondre plusieurs fois à un même client.

Existe-il une solution pour lier le compte mail ce qui fais que chaque ordinateur peut voir les e-mails envoyés, les e-mails supprimés etc... sans se mettre en copie.

I have a situation where i have Computer A, running win 7 pro, having thunderbird using pop3. On there I can see all my old emails going back to 2007. I now have Computer B, Win11 pro, running Zimbra with imap. I also have outlook. I am still using the same email address Is there a way I can copy my old emails from Computer A to Computer B? I have the whole pop3 thunderbird folder on a usb drive.

How can I get the name of the person and their e-mail address to show up when sending an e-mail. Some of my contacts the info does show up for and others it does not.

Hello, When using my Thunderbird email, I email myself the original and then I send mass emails to people using the bcc feature so everyone doesn't receive everyone's email addresses.

I've done it several times recently without issue. Yesterday, when I tried to send something out to the group, I immediately was notified that almost everyone on the list rejected the email and it was returned as undeliverable. I did not change any settings and I did not change the email list. So why am I getting this error message: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

...and then it goes on to list nearly everyone it was sent to, but it looks some maybe go through. I am baffled by this. I tried to resend the mass email again today and it did the same thing,

Effective 5 Decmber 2024 Thunderbird has been unable to download emails. WOW is my ISP and I can download them there from this computer. I can download on my iphone and my wife's ipad. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It changed nothing.

I accidently deleted all my Gmail Starred emails from the gold colored “Starred” folder which is located below the Inbox/Drafts/Sent Mail/All Mail/Spam/Trash/Important folders. I didn’t know that when you delete email from “Starred” folder it also deletes email from your Inbox folder. Can I get these emails back?

I started having problems sending emails (gmail) with with attachments (of 0.5 GB or more) with Thunderbird version 128.5.0esr which was installed on Nov 27, 2024. Prior to that, I was on 115.16.3 (installed Nov 20, 2024) and earlier 115.16 versions and I had no problems sending emails with file attachments up to 10GB.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 22H2 OS build 19045.5131 (the current version).

I have used my Talktalk email through Thunderbird for several years, but last week it stopped working. It says "Please change the Authentication method on the server settings" but doesn't tell me what to change them too. I've tried all of the suggested alternatives but nothing is working. OAth is not one of the available settings and that works with my Microsoft account.. See screenshot below Please can you help? I really like Thunderbird and have been using it for many years. HI I have many folders in my inbox on TB and some I don't want loaded each time I open TB (they are old files that I don't need day to day but may need sometime) What is the best way to take these off TB whilst being able to import them to TB if I need them later. Thanks. Mark

Can´t export my address book to CSV file. Done everything I found in HELP. Can only export a to ZIP. In the ZIP-Folder is no CSV - only the whole profile.

Version 128.5.1esr seems to have eliminated many shortcuts. For instance, there is no right click option to delete one or multiple messages any more, and there are no shortcut buttons (such as "Unread") at the top of the message screen. Is there any way to get these back?

Nov 2024 - How Do I disable Threads in the Email folders?

My Inbox I think I somehow disabled, but my SENT folder....still has them. Please help. I HATE this as a default setting that can not be turned off...Universally..(in all folders)
