Hi, is this problem with PDFs? If you prefer to save ALL PDFs, return to the Settings page, Applications section (it's at the bottom of your screenshot), and choose "Save File" as your action for Portable Document Format files. If you prefer to save SOME but not all PDFs, how would you like it to work? Here's one option: Before Firefox 89, Firefox honored websites' instructions not to open certain PDFs in a tab and presented the Open/Save/Cancel dialog instead. Now, Firefox saves those files to disk automatically and opens them in a tab. If you want to reinstate the older behavior, there is a preference for that: (A) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk. ''More info on about:config:'' [[Configuration Editor for Firefox]].
