No one calls anyone. You re using a free product and help is via this forum which volunteers from all around the world offer their free time to assist people.

If you have an issue with Thunderbird then you need to ask a question providing all useful information. What OS ? what version of Thunderbird. ? Explain the issue giving details of what you are trying to achieve, what you are doing and the result you are getting. If you are getting an error message, please state the error message word for word.
