I signed in to be sure to save my bookmarks and i lost them instead. When i hit sync, i wanted to backup my current bookmarks. Instead, I lost them. It reverted to the old bookmarks i had a few weeks ago. I lost all of my bookmarks from the last few weeks. HELP!

I don't know where to add shortcuts all at once instead of adding each one individually, I tried to search for a "shortcut folder" within the bookmarks manager and i found nothing, is there anything I can do to move opera browser's speed dial bookmarks into firefox shortcut

When trying to open sites from my email, such as usps.com, I get the following message and it will not allow me to open it even if I put the address in myself:

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at tools.usps.com.

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

PLEASE help me find this problem. Until the last update, I didn't have this problem. What do I need to do? Thank you

When I try to login into Duolingo with Firefox, I always get a "wrong password" answer. The password isn´t wrong. It fails, if I let Firefox enter it, but also when I enter it manually. It works perfect when I enter it manually in any other browser. I have this problem in Firexox on several computers, in Windows 11, in Linux (Tumbleweed) and on Android..

If i want to continue with Firefox I have to click "Forgot password" and follow the Duolingo procedure to enter a new (or the same) password. At the end of the procedure I am logged in, but if I close the browser and try again, it fails.

I'm sorry I have to say this, but Firefox gives me so many problems now, that -after being a loyal user from the very beginning- I am now also thinking to change browser.

Oh, yes, I searched and tried all the tips I found, deleting cache, cookies, history... nothing helped. The only thing I didn´t do yet was reinstall Firefox.

Unable to view YouTube comments using Firefox on android. I can view the comments on Opera, duckgo and chrome.

This problem started about four days ago. Comments show on the short videos but not the regular videos. When I tap on "comments" the resulting page/frame is empty.

Hello Team, I am trying to install extensions to my Firefox on Macbook Pro M3.

Getting error in the subject

An unexpected error occurred during installation.

Extensions I have tried to install so far: AdBlock for Firefox by AdBlock uBlock Origin by Raymond Hill

Both are failing with the same error.

I have tried reinstalling Firefox, Private Window, nothing helped. It did work for me with Firefox on Macbook Intel

When Firefox opens it opens 2 additional tabs. I have not changed anything in settins. Syarted happening a few weeks ago. How can i prevent Firefox from opening2 extra tabs?

I am trying to buy something online. When I go to pay for it, I was unable to do so. The was unable to type in the three number on the back even though my credit card is valid and doesn't expire until 2027.

screen behavior in a mac is baffling! i want windows to stay where and how big they are, but firefox for mac has fancy behavior i DO NOT WANT. where is the list of behavior when clicking on screen size full, right, left etc click that i can turn OFF?

Microsoft recently decided to update Firefox, since when I have found it unusable, particularly where accessing my webmail (on Vox) is concerned. I tried going back to an earlier installation of Firefox and reinstalling that, but still have no luck. Please tell me (although not by email, obviously) how I may access my emails. Telephonic communication is difficult because of weak or often absent signal, but people seem able to reach me on WhatsApp - same number: [edited phone# from public support forum]

usually whenever a page of a website is bookmarked, a blue star is visible at the corner of the address bar, mentioning "edit this bookmark" when you hover on it. however while browsing thru a google doc, depending on which paragraph the cursor is located, a URI fragment such as "#heading=h.xxxx" being added. it appears that firefox is too strict about such a minor change in the URI, causing firefox to stop detecting the page as bookmarked, and displaying an empty star mentioning "Bookmark this page" instead. this behavior is observed in google docs, but is not exclusive to any specific website.

This is a really strange problem, something I have never encountered before.

I have two- near identical desktop computers Computer 1 is an HP Elite Pro 8300 Computer 2 is an HP Elite Desk 800 G1

Both have the exact same latest version of Windows 10 (Pro 64 Bit Version 22H2) Both have the exact same version of Firefox (133.0) Both Firefox browsers are synced via my Firefox account, so same Settings, same Bookmarks, same Extensions etc.

Yet one of them has a problem with remembering certain input field criteria (although they both remember passwords and usernames just fine). I have uploaded some screengrabs as one illustration of this problem

Essentially, this a courier website which I use for sending packages. I have a site ID number

When I use Computer 1 to make a booking, it has always remembered my Site ID. When I open the page, the SiteID field is already filled in, and the "Remember Me" checkbox is already checked. See Computer1.png

However, when I use Computer 2 to make a booking, I have to enter the SiteID every time, even though I check the "Remember Me" checkbox, and click the "Book a Pickup" button, the next time I open the page, the SiteID input field is blank, and the "Remember Me" checkbox is unchecked. At first, I thought it was a problem with the computer, but I tried using Chrome on Computer 2 and it works fine . See Computer2A.png

I cannot think of anything that might be causing this. I have even gone through the Settings pages side-by-side to make sure all the checkboxes are identical. Nothing different that I can find. There are other web pages that do similar things with fields that are not usernames or passwords, but all passwords and usernames for the other website I login to are remembered fine, and they are all listed in the saved passwords section of Settings.

Any help or ideas I could try would be appreciated.
