I am trying to move one tab from one window to another. It says I should be able to move it just by clicking on the tab and dragging it to the window I want to move it to. But, when I try this nothing happens, it won't move.

Want can I do to resolve this?

I do have an account to my passwords, history and so on simplify my work with Firefox. I did logon to firefox with a new instance on an Apple computer of a friend with my account. After my session, I did close this account again. Now I found out, that I got all his usernames and passwords. Does he have mine as well?

Yesterday, something went wrong in my Windows 11 desktop (I have a virus program installed). One of the casualties involved corrupting Firefox (it would not open). I reinstalled Firefox without removing the old version. Now I have a new installation but all my bookmarks and other data are missing. There is a folder on my desktop labelled as "Old Firefox data". It is possible to restore Firefox to a previous time (a day ago)? Thank you.

I would like to take a screenshot of my expanded emails on protonmail.com - but it is not working when when I click "full page" option. Is this possible? I don't want to take screenshots manually by scrolling down the window...

I am reaching out to seek assistance with a recurring issue we are experiencing in the Mozilla Firefox browser.

Issue Description: On the user's first visit to the page, the thumbnail fails to load and displays a black screen instead of the intended image. This issue is observed specifically in Firefox, while the same functionality works seamlessly across other browsers.

Steps to Reproduce: Open our webpage in Mozilla Firefox. Ensure it is the first visit (clear cache if necessary). Observe the thumbnail image section.

Expected Behavior: The thumbnail should load and display the intended image correctly.

All of my desktop bookmarks are on mobile, but after resetting my password they won't sync back to my desktop. I can't even access them from my desktop, despite browsing data still being clearly accessible. I have 10 years of bookmarks on my mobile device that for whatever reason now will not transfer to my desktop firefox no matter what I try. Since there's no way to manually export to xml on mobile I have no way of accessing these and I am at risk of losing 10 years of bookmarks, many of which are vital to the work I do.

I have an mp4 (h264 AAC) video of 37MB which plays acceptably from my website in Safari, Chrome and Edge, but when played in Firefox (my default browser) the sound and picture synch is significantly seperated. When the video is compressed to 26MB it suffers some expected loss of sound quality but plays with near perfect lip synch. What is the issue with playback ?

The autostart of the page is attached. It is not possible to disable it. I have tried everything. I have uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it, but unfortunately the page still appears every time I start firefox. Yet another sterling example of why change is usually bad. Why did Firefox, Google and other browsers (though don't know about Duck Duck Go) drop the 100 results per page option? I've always had that enabled and now that it was removed it makes searching extremely tedious and time wasting. Please offer a SIMPLE AND QUICK way to restore this option ASAP. Thank you.

I keep getting pop-ups in the right lower corner from "mozilla firefox" (not sure if they are legit). They will say: "zeus.2020 trojan detected" or "virus detected" or "system is infected", etc. All have "Mozilla Firefox" in the upper left of the pop-up, and "via rgfirewall.xyz" at the bottom. Is this truly legit, or is it just a nuisance? I've just been closing them with the x or dismiss buttons.

I want AI to ALWAYS open when opening the sidepanel. That's why you have a side panel... So how the ... do I STOP Firefox from always opening Bookmarks when the sidepanel is opened?

And No, it doesn't remember last saved choice.

And please fix the ... scaling problem with AI making users manually press UP ARROW to send the message instead of ENTER when the sidepanel is below 40% of the ... screen. This is highly ... annoying!
