not recieving new emalils
Not receiving emails Our wifi went down late last week and after that we haven't been receiving any emails since the 3rd Jan, this is sort of causing a problem for our business because we do bookings through emails and we aren't receiving any. I've tried all the suggestions on your wed site & just general help on the internet. It is quiet important for us to get our emails back up and running because of our online bookings. So what else can I do to sort our emails out because we need them running again as soon as possible!

Are you receiving new messages in the account when you access it via webmail? If you are, there could be a corrupted message that was created at the time of the wifi failure that is blocking downloads through TB.
