I log in to my account on new computer and all my data is gone. All password tabs etc. I've been switching devices with firefox for like 8 years, but it's first time when i have situation like this. Can you help me?

I suddenly lost my Bookmarks Toolbar and all the bookmarks (485 bookmarks). I actually fixed the problem but wanted to share what happened. I did notice that my bookmarks were still on my iPhone and I was trying to be careful and not get them to sync with the desktop.

I tried restoring the bookmarks per the Support guidance and it would give an error when trying to restore them. I could probably repeat this if Tech Support is interesting in working with me to repeat the problem.

Today I found out what happened. In Norton 360 I had blocked Firefox from using the microphone and webcam. That's it! That caused the bookmarks toolbar to be empty and also I could not save a new bookmark.

I tried to find a setting somewhere in Norton that I might have changed a couple days ago because the problem started after I had made some changes although I had no idea what I did in Norton to cause that problem.

Today I was looking in settings or somewhere in Firefox and a window popped up saying I had the webcam and microphone disabled for Firefox. Is that ok? So I turned it off and the Bookmarks Toolbar magically showed up.

This makes NO logical sense at all that this setting caused the toolbars not to display or not to be able to add new bookmarks.

Dear, Since today, I have some problem to access to some local website. I try, by example, to go to this address : 192.168.17.1 (it's my local network) and it's the same for all of my internals address. Firefox said it's not possible but it's still possible by Chrome, Safari... In my parameters, I have no DNS via HTTPS and I made a exception for this address in the only HTTPS mode. What can I do to resolve this highly problem ? Thank you for your help. Kind ragrds, S. de Tiege

why do my Add-ons no longer appear? and the theme no longer appears either. when I try & pin to the tool bar, they register as having done so, but actually don't appear at all. Maybe I should abandon Firefox & move to another browser? Phil

I can't sign into Sydney and I don't have a password so it says use the member ID number and I use it and it still doesn't work and I don't use the first three letters I use the numbers after that but then I have tried the first three letters also and it still didn't work

I have noticed that Firefox has some severe performance issues, whether it be playing Youtube videos, or loading websites, or even loading localhost while running a node server, which doesn't even require an internet connection, yet it takes time to reload the page, which instead only takes an instant on Chrome.
