Banner below tool bar in thunderbird
How can I get rid of the banner below the toolbar in Thunderbird. It displays the inbox but also every email I have ever had? Distracting and unnecessary.

I am unclear of what you mean by a banner. Would you please post a screenshot of the banner with some text to explain the banner? thank you.
