bookmark search does not see all my bookmarks
I have a bunch of javascript bookmarkets all in a folder in the bookmark menu and a couple on the bookmark bar.
the problem is when you do a search for those bookmarklets you have to type this completely "javascript:" before the will appear in search.
I am not sure if this started happening in Firefox 5 or 6 but at one time all I had to do was type part of "javascript:" like "java" and the search results would show any bookmark that has "java" in it and my bookmarklets.
can any one help me?

I don't know if about:support is actually listing all of the differences from default Firefox preferences, but it looks to me like this one and that you might have a value of 2:
browser.urlbar.matchBehavior Integer Determines how to use word boundaries when searching for items in the Location Bar.
- 0 Search anywhere within available text, irrespective of word boundaries.
- 1 (default): Use word boundaries first when searching, then try matching anywhere
- 2: Use only word boundaries when searching for typed text

browser.urlbar.matchBehavior was set to 1. I changed it to zero and 2, no change.
I re-downloaded all my bookmarks from xmarks... no change.
I restored bookmarks from a local backup..... no change.
I just checked Firefox 3.6.20 and its bookmark search has no problem finding "javascript:" bookmarklets by typing just "java".
I am almost positive this problem started with version 6.
Anything else I can try?
Try this pref: browser.urlbar.filter.javascript
set it to false? its set at true right now
ok I set it to false and now my "javascript:" bookmarks show up in the url bar.
now how do I get them to show up when I use the search in the bookmark organizer or bookmark sidebar???
