Does problem go away?

Problem gone and the program starts FAST when -

  • Start > Windows Safe Mode with Networking > Thunderbird Add-ons Disable
  • Start > Windows Safe Mode with Networking > Thunderbird start normally

Please see above, I don't think I was totally clear - As I wrote, Thunderbird did start up faster when I started Windows as written in my previous post. However, once I start Windows normally, Thunderbird reverts back to starting slowly. So the slow start still exists.
