Firefox is blocking an addon called AT&T Extension 1.1. Why is AT&T being blocked, they are a viable company. I need to unblock this and see if it will correct my problem. I cannot use att troubleshoot and resolve because it won't download.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Then reinstall the latest version.
