crashes
Firefox always crashes on opening. I can open it in Safemode, however. I have tried updating and resetting-- still crashes.
This is the crash report:

can you run the firefox profile manager and create a new profile, looks like a addon caused this problem
As soon as I tried that, it crashed again. Thanks! FWIW, my computer also now crashes Internet Explorer, not that I want to use that. The only browser I am able to run in Google Chrome, but I want my Firefox back.
Can you reset firefox in windows safe mode with networking?
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
Oh my gosh, I think that fixed it. Thank you so much!
