In Thunderbird 91.2, I am having an issue with how the calendar events work. Is there a way to bypass the new intermediate event window and go directly to the Edit window as was the case in Thunderbird 78? If not, can you consider this change in future updates? This is a useless window for me, for the way I use my calendar and it would be great to bypass this if at all possible.

Thanks! Kristi

See the (long) discussion here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1685007

In the meantime, right-click, Edit.

Yes, I saw that discussion and hoped there was an update. For some reason, when I right click, edit is greyed out. I am getting used to doing it the long way - thanks!

Edit should be available in the context menu unless the calendar is Read-only. Check the calendar's Properties (right-click in the left pane of Calendar tab).
