just installed norton 2012 "safe web" doesnt work with firefox

I just installed Norton I/S 2012, the Norton tool bar, safe web, and identity safe doesn't work with Firefox 7.0.1 but it DOES work with my internet explorer, whats wrong???

First of all please upgrade your browser to Firefox 8

go to Firefox button or Tools-Addons-extension and check if Norton extension are disable or enable
