Is Address Book in my Profile, or separate to either sync or separately copy? This I ask in case I can't sync my Address Book across my (networked) computers, all of which have my Thunderbird profiles that all are the same otherwise.

You could install this add-on and use Google Contacts to sync your address book across multiple profiles. https://addons.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/addon/gcontactsync/
